The following are two days or more. We have some special tours that we present here, and we also do corporate tours that we plan together with you. We help you with accommodation before and after the tour.
- Food and accommodation are included ( breakfast, lunch, dinner).
- Equipment as tents, sleds, sleeping-bags are included.
- Your own clothing is NOT included. Please ask us, and we will advice you on what you need! Some clothing can be rented.
- We fit to custom the tour according to participants wishes regarding accommodation, snow-cave, tent ore cabin.
- Every participant gets hers/his own dog-team with 4-6 dogs that you take care of feeding, harnessing etc.

A great start of the winter season…..
Three day and two nights in the very beginning of winter, crisp snow-flakes and clear skies in the most beautiful parts in the mountains of Sälen, together with a bunch of strong and happy sled-dogs.
We meet December 9 at 0900 am at our Camp in Tandådalen where we get to know the dogs and pack our luggage onto the sleds.
After a proper instructions we are ready to leave for the mountains. The first day we take it
easy and learn properly how to handle the sleds.
We promise that the food will be extra tasty the first evening.
During day two our intention is to reach Fulufjällets National Park there we stay one night in a nice warm cabin.
The third day we take a long ride to the civilisation.
This tour is rare and exciting, giving you memories lasting a lifetime.

Start your Christmas with a dogsled tour.
We start from Sälen with a proper instruction how to drive a dogsled and the handling of the equipment.
We start off bye going north in the mountains and we take our first brake after an hour or two, so we can have a little rest and discuss details in the driving technique.
We head off the most beautiful areas in the Salen mountains and wilderness and we often see tracks after elk, and sometimes even wolf and lynx.
We reach the cabin just before the darkness hit us and I promise you that the food tastes very well after a day out in the wilderness.
Day two we return home trough a new mountain area, reaching civilisation just before dark .

Spend five days in the Swedish mountains together with a happy dogteam that helps us to travel in the wilderness during the most beautiful part of winter.
Springtime is a lovely time in the mountain and hopefully we will feel the first warming sunshine in our faces.
This tour starts at Grövelsjöns Fjällstation and from there we go north towards Funäsdalen and Fjällnäs. During this tour we will also visit our “neighbours” Norway and go trough Femundmarkas National Park.
We will learn how to survive in the mountains in wintertime.
We will sleep in tents, local native people Same tipis and even in snow-caves.
We will also learn how to cook, where to find water, how to protect ourselves in bad weather etc.
Your guide, Peter Karlsson, is a member of the Swedish Mountain Rescue Group so you are in good hands.
You will also learn about handling a dog team during long tours and expeditions.
